Social media is quickly becoming the most prominent platform globally, with billions of people flocking to them daily and for longer times now. Globally, the average time people spend on Facebook has now surpassed the two-hour daily mark. And as more people go online, people like Marilyne Nix are at the forefront of leveraging that attention and using it as an opportunity for brand and business growth. 

Marilyne is the founder and owner of Luxelife9, a brand that started in the beauty space and quickly evolved into something bigger. Today, her company also provides social media consultancy to companies who want to jumpstart on their social media branding journey. For some businesses, getting a Facebook page and Instagram account isn’t hard to do. But the real challenge has been getting people to follow and visit those pages regularly. Luxelife9 helps brands do exactly that.

When asked why social media should be every brand’s priority, Marilyne gives a clear and definite answer—business growth. “It’s important to have a huge social media footprint to grow their revenue,” shares Marilyne Nix. “This is most true, especially now after we’ve seen how something like COVID-19 could send us all home to work and shut our doors down. You need to be online at all times where the consumer is now.”

Marilyne’s successes started a little over eight years ago when she launched her online beauty brand and shop through social media. In what has relatively been a short time, her company has grown to massive levels and become a brand worth competing with global beauty products. Soon, Luxelife9 was doing over six figures in revenue and continued to grow with time. Next, Luxelife9 would expand into a lifestyle brand that encompasses fashion, travel, and all things social media. 

Today Marilyne has also started to make an undoubtedly remarkable name for herself in the social media consulting sphere. Her influence has been nothing short of notable as brands see her platforms like on Instagram, where she now has over 880,000 followers and still growing. Marilyne has also started diving into blogging on top of her other content on socials. 

Overall, the social media influencer is highly passionate about all things related to the life of luxury and has a knack for helping those kinds of brands leverage social media and create more traction and gain more results through social media campaigns. Marilyne isn’t your everyday influencer. She’s an ideator and innovator with a team ready to execute strategies that could help any company in the luxury space start or scale a digital brand through the power of social media.
