In an era where luxury is evolving from status to substance, Olga Kesaeva stands at the intersection of elegance and intention. Based in London, she is a shareholder of SuperMama International and an international curator of premium travel experiences. Through her latest collaboration with Noa Fine Jewellery and designer Frieda Laderman, she introduces a concept where jewelry becomes a reflection of inner alignment rather than just external beauty.

We spoke with Olga about her philosophy, the meaning behind her latest collection, and how modern women are redefining luxury on their own terms.

How Would You Define Your Personal Philosophy Today?

For me, luxury has never been just about how something looks. It’s about how it makes you feel. We live in a time where everything is visually accessible, but not everything has depth. My philosophy is about bringing meaning back into beauty.

I believe that true luxury is a state of alignment. It’s when the outer reflects the inner, when what you wear, where you go, and how you live all support who you truly are. That’s the direction I naturally moved toward in my work.

Why the Flower of Life as the Foundation for This Collection?

The Flower of Life is one of those symbols that exists beyond trends or cultures. It’s deeply rooted in sacred geometry and represents the structure of everything, from the universe to nature to human life.

When I started working on this collection, I didn’t want to create something purely decorative. I wanted each piece to carry a certain energy. The Flower of Life felt like the perfect foundation because it already holds meaning: harmony, balance, creation.

For me, wearing such a symbol is not about fashion. It’s about intention. It’s a reminder of who you are and what you want to align with.

How Did the Collaboration with Noa Fine Jewellery and Frieda Laderman Come Together?

It was very organic. I always believe that the right collaborations happen when there is a shared vision, not just a shared goal.

With Frieda, there was an immediate understanding of what we wanted to express, something refined, minimal, but deeply symbolic. And with Noa Fine Jewellery, the level of craftsmanship allowed us to translate that idea into something tangible, something that feels as good as it looks.

For me, it was important that the execution matched the concept. Because when you speak about energy and intention, every detail matters.

Do You Think Modern Luxury Is Becoming More Spiritual?

Absolutely. And I think it’s a natural evolution.

People are no longer satisfied with things that only look good. There is a deeper search happening, for meaning, for connection, for authenticity. Especially among women who are building businesses, traveling, and evolving. They want their environment and their style to reflect their inner state.

Luxury is becoming more personal. Less about showing, more about feeling. And spirituality, in this sense, is not something abstract. It’s simply awareness. Awareness of what you choose, what you surround yourself with, and how it influences you.

How Does Being Part of SuperMama International Influence Your Vision?

Being part of a global platform founded by Lyubov Tsokolo has given me a very clear understanding of today’s woman.

She is global, she is independent, she is ambitious, but at the same time, she is looking for depth. She wants to grow, to connect, to feel inspired.

This community spans cities like London, Monaco, Dubai, Miami, and Nassau. Despite different cultures, there is a common desire: to live a life that feels meaningful.

That definitely influenced my approach. I’m not creating for a single market. I’m creating for a mindset.

What Is the Future of Jewelry and Fashion in This Context?

I think we will see a shift toward pieces that carry a story, a message, a purpose.

Fast trends will always exist, but they will no longer define value. Value will come from authenticity, from how something resonates with you personally.

Jewelry, especially, has a unique role. It’s something you wear close to your body, often every day. It becomes part of your energy field, whether people realize it or not.

So the future, in my opinion, is about conscious design. About creating pieces that not only complete a look, but also support a person.

How Would You Define True Luxury Today, in One Sentence?

True luxury is not what you show to the world. It’s what you feel within yourself.

With her thoughtful approach and intuitive understanding of cultural shifts, Olga Kesaeva brings a considered perspective to the evolving conversation around luxury. In her world, beauty is no longer surface-level. It is intentional, personal, and deeply connected to the energy we choose to carry with us.
