Seasoned Professional Hicham “Shaun” Tadlaoui Joins Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Helping Clients Purchase Their Dream Properties with Ease

First-time property owners often have it rough when trying to purchase their dream properties. It takes a lot of skill and knowledge to carefully navigate the industry to find the perfect deals that can blossom into a lifelong investment. Needless to say, the countless challenges can often be overcome by a solid team of experts that will lead their clients towards a successful purchase. Fortunately, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group is a titan in the real estate industry, helping thousands of people navigate the arduous process. Its newest addition to the team, Hicham “Shaun” Tadlaoui, further bolsters the company’s reputation as it adds yet another power player to its roster.

Since 2001, the Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) has been in operation, spanning over two decades of success in the industry. Throughout the company’s storied run, PRMG has grown to be one of the top establishments in the mortgage industry. The company has built a reputation of consistently retaining its title as one of the top 25 leading lender brands in the United States.

A privately held mortgage banker and residential home lender, PRMG has played a hand in helping its clients borrow finances to purchase their dream homes and property owners refinance their homes throughout the United States. PRMG initially operated with a staff of three mortgage experts who were dedicated to growing the company into what it has become today.

The team’s hard work and efforts paid off in spades reflecting through their 230 branches and 3,000 employees stationed all over the United States. PRMG takes pride in its corporate-casual environment and highly motivated and knowledgeable business professionals whose team spirit and strong core values transcend throughout the company.

“We provide opportunities for career growth and advancement to employees at all levels,” shared the team. “In addition, PRMG offers excellent benefits and competitive compensation packages.” While the packages were appealing, Hicham “Shaun” Tadlaoui found himself drawn to PRMG’s mission, joining the team and providing massive benefits throughout his journey.

Shaun is an engineering graduate with over six years of experience in the financial industry. He eventually shifted his focus on the mortgage side of things and spent his early career as a realtor before working for Reeves Import Motorcars. He played various roles in the organization and initially started out as a Volkswagen certified master sales consultant. Shaun climbed the steep corporate ladder as a business development rep, webmaster, and BMW client advisor.

He later took his BMW expertise to Bert Smith International, where he worked as a client advisor. Right after that, he moved on to find a career as Maserati & McLaren Sales Manager, where he deeply honed his skills and mastered his craft. Recently, the seasoned professional diverted from his background in the auto industry and started to learn more about mortgages.

In early 2021, he dove into Proven Mortgage as a certified mortgage advisor and attained great success. He quickly rose to prominence within the industry and received an invitation to work at PRMG, where he adeptly carried out the company’s mission despite being with the company for a short span of time.

“My commitment to you is to make sure you have excellent customer service and that your financial decision is well thought out and planned,” shared Shaun. While he is only starting his journey into the mortgage industry, Hicham “Shaun” Tadlaoui already carries valuable knowledge and experience in finances. He brings a lot to the table with his wide skill set and his ability to speak multiple languages such as English, French, and Arabic. There’s only success in the future for Shaun, and it’s exciting to see where the years will take him.
