Interviewer:Â Natalya, your journey as a quantum psychologist is genuinely intriguing. Can you share what drew you to this field and your vision behind the methodology of quantum psychology?
Natalya Vasilyeva: Thank you for having me. Quantum psychology, for me, is about exploring and understanding the complexities of human nature. It’s a method that works swiftly and efficiently by tapping into the brain’s growth and training, leading to a holistic transformation across all aspects of life. The quantum leap, a technology within quantum psychology, facilitates a safe transition to a new level of life, focusing on environmental friendliness and timeliness.
Interviewer: You’ve taught for over a decade and founded the Association of Quantum Specialists. Can you tell us more about the association’s role in researching the method’s effectiveness and its impact on the development of quantum psychology?
Natalya Vasilyeva: Absolutely. The Association of Quantum Specialists is dedicated to scientific research, delving into the effectiveness of the quantum psychology method. We aim to contribute to developing and popularizing quantum psychology in Russia and internationally. Through collaborative efforts, we seek to advance our understanding of this transformative approach.
Interviewer: Fear is a powerful emotion that often influences decision-making. How does quantum psychology address the role of fear, and what insights can you share about overcoming this emotion?
Natalya Vasilyeva: Fear, the oldest and most profound feeling, has significant control over our lives. Quantum psychology acknowledges fear’s intuitive nature and the automatic reactions we’ve developed over thousands of years. The challenge lies in navigating the modern world, where social relationships have evolved faster than our instincts. The conflict arises when fear hinders our growth in a world that is now safer and offers more opportunities. Quantum psychology provides a systematic approach to resolving this conflict by involving various aspects of ourselves, acknowledging fear but not letting it dictate our decisions.

Interviewer: Can you walk us through addressing fear according to quantum psychology and the steps individuals can take to find a balance?
Natalya Vasilyeva: Certainly. In quantum psychology, we encourage individuals to meet with their internal advisors, including fear. The steps involve listening to each advisor, acknowledging fear’s presence, understanding personal desires and goals, recognizing the ability to take action, and moving towards those goals safely and comfortably. The key is not to fight or suppress any advisor but to consider all information before making decisions. It’s a process of self-discovery and empowerment.
Interviewer: How can individuals incorporate the principles of quantum psychology into their lives to develop beneficial neural connections and achieve their goals?
Natalya Vasilyeva: As individuals practice these principles, they gradually avoid automatic reactions to fear. By introducing internal criteria for implementation and setting a safe and comfortable pace, people can create new, beneficial neural connections. Regularly acknowledging achievements and providing self-support during new experiences are crucial elements. Over time, these positive automatisms will become second nature, aiding personal development, relationships, career-building, and goal realization.
Interviewer: Thank you, Natalya, for sharing insights into the transformative world of quantum psychology and providing practical steps for our readers. It’s been enlightening.
Natalya Vasilyeva: My pleasure. I hope these principles help individuals unlock their potential and lead more fulfilling lives.
