Chino-Latino Chef Raymond Li to Bring Restaurant Flavors to Everyone’s Home Through Li’s 7 Spice

The most accomplished of entrepreneurs can attest to the harsh truth that business stagnation can lead to a venture’s quick death. In an economic landscape that demands innovation, re-invention, and expansion, those that do not take up the challenge of becoming “more” almost always lose their customers and their place in their respective industries. Considering his experience and the way he’s been making a mark in the Miami food scene over last few years, Raymond Li is highly aware of these pressures. But he’s never been the type to stay complacent despite the long list of achievements under his belt. So, with more to bring to the table, he is proud to announce the upcoming launch of Li’s 7 Spice

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Chef Raymond Li is a prominent figure in the food industry. Of Chinese, Colombian, and Cuban descent, this widely respected personality has creatively and strategically married the tastes of different homes to approach modern Asian cuisine with precision and passion.

Raymond, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, quickly made a name for himself after moving away from the four walls of a classroom. He worked for some of the best kitchens in Miami, including The Ritz Carlton, Zuma, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Matador Room. Then, in 2017, the talented chef was given an opportunity to stage three months at the 3 Michelin-starred, “Benu” in San francisco, California & later that year at 2 star michelin at “L Atelier De Joel Robuchon”, in Paris, France

From shaping the kitchen of One Door East and Valentinos in Ft. Lauderdale to propelling Palmar to great heights, Raymond has contributed to the success of various restaurants and pushed them toward the spotlight. His expertise and knack for maximizing the potential of food service establishments earned him four stars from the Miami Herald during his first year as an executive chef. Later on, he directed all his efforts toward starting Li’s Dim Sum during the pandemic.

The materialization of a vision shared by Raymond and his father, Li’s Dim Sum was created during the COVID-19 outbreak. Amid adversity and in the face of the economic implications of the pandemic, it managed to thrive, satisfying the palates of locals and tourists alike.

From the get-go, Li’s Dim Sum has operated under the mission to touch hearts – one guest at a time – with bold and unique flavors influenced by family tradition and modern gastronomy. This very same mission stands at the heart of Li’s 7 Spice, Raymond’s new brainchild.

Set to make its way to customers’ homes soon, Li’s 7 Spice is expected to cement Raymond’s solid standing in the Miami food scene. It will provide what many others cannot: all-natural, no MSG, and non-GMO artisan seasoning spice blend that will work well with poultry, beef, pork, seafood, broths, and more, and will bring restaurant flavors to people’s private kitchens.

With the introduction of an impressive variety of spice blends through Li’s 7 Spice, Raymond hopes to deliver a premium eating experience at home throughout the country. More Info on Lisdimsum.com or Via Instagram – @lisdimsum .
