Zachary Strazicich Sheds Light on His Humble Beginnings and Becoming a Significant Figure in California’s Marketing Space

For most people, having to build their career from the bottom is par for the course. Other people fall into a comfortable position and abandon any resolve of moving forward, but for driven individuals like Zachary Strazicich, comfort was never an option. With a desire to succeed, Zach has spent his career enriching his experience and knowledge to attain his goal.

A graduate of Fullerton College, Zachary Strazicich spent four years with an A.A. in Pre-Business before pursuing a degree in Business Management. Between his A.A. and pursuit of a degree, he took an internship at Northwestern Mutual in Newport Beach, where he worked as a financial representative. There Zach obtained a California State Insurance License, bringing him one step closer to a promising career. 

Upon completing his internship, Zach started his second stint at Fullerton College, balancing his time between studies and work. His first job took him to Showdown Events in Corona, California. There he utilized his learning from school and combined his experience from his internship to help the company thrive as a marketing specialist. 

With Showdown Events, Zachary Strazicich jumped on the opportunity to showcase his abilities to thrive in the industry, exceeding quota by 150% and acquiring 15 vendors to join the brand. He was able to build and manage a portfolio of clients through various social platforms, planning and conducting marketing strategies by analyzing different markets. Zachary’s recruitment of the vendors helped Showdown Events generate $20,000 in revenue, a significant improvement from $5,000. 

After growing his career with Showdown Events, Zach would part ways with them, strengthening his background in customer service. He would develop a desire to expand his horizon, seeking out real-world experience. 

In his third year at the university, the young marketing expert would take his career further when he joined the K&S Systems team as a marketing manager. As the marketing manager, Zach was given a plethora of responsibilities. With his role as the head of marketing, Zach utilized his social media knowledge to create the company’s first social media campaign. Owing to his campaign, K&S Systems developed a social media following, increasing its revenue year over year. 

Zach was able to provide clients with an outstanding front-to-end customer service experience, playing a significant role in the company’s acquisition of Crocs and Golden Road Brewery as clients. Additionally, he was able to build K&S System’s Instagram page and generated over 11,000 followers, increasing their revenue in 2017. 

With his previous experiences, Zachary Strazicich was able to build a plethora of strengths including strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and thorough knowledge of being a team player with a clear vision to be able to accomplish his employer’s goals. Despite all his strengths, Zach believes that what has helped him thrive is his team-oriented personality and communication skills, making him one of the best individuals to be included in any team.
