For appetizers, the Pork Bao Buns are all the rave. This dish includes Chashu pork, pickled daikon, carrots, cucumber, kewpie, sweet soy, and cilantro. The Sashimi Pizza (Raw) is another tasty dish that includes tuna, salmon, hamachi, and avocado. This is prepared with a
toasted flour tortilla with avocado and truffle cream spread, and the fish is layered on top with cherry tomatoes and more truffle cream sauce.
The Crab Fried Rice *gf, prepared with Jasmine rice, eggs, shallots, garlic, chili, scallion, fish sauce, tamari, and Xiaoxing wine, is also a great option. This has blue crab lump meat, shellfish, and egg. Another enjoyable dish to order is the Braised Short Rib with turnips, pearl onions, and roasted parsnips. This divine dish is prepared with bone-in short ribs braised in red wine and served with roasted parsnips, roasted carrots, and boiled turnips.
