The Future of Beauty Lies in Longevity

Jerri K Hirst, founder of The Beauty Outlaw and CEO of JKH Aesthetics, is leading a new movement in aesthetics—one where health, wellness, and longevity come before superficial enhancements. With more than 25 years of experience across aesthetics, nursing, and regenerative medicine, Jerri has cultivated a scientifically informed approach that treats beauty as a reflection of inner health.

Jerri began her journey in the beauty industry at just 19, opening her own nail salon and quickly expanding to a full-service beauty destination. But her curiosity about the connection between external beauty and internal health led her to pursue medical education, earning credentials as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), and later, both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing. She’s currently completing her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license, which will enable her to prescribe treatments and integrate even more comprehensive care into her practice.

At her Southern California-based medical and wellness spa, JKH Aesthetics, Jerri has built a brand that goes far beyond injectables and facials. Every patient experience begins with lab work, hormone and metabolic evaluations, and a thorough health assessment. From there, Jerri crafts individualized wellness plans that prioritize long-term vitality. Her philosophy is simple yet thoughtfully innovative: true beauty stems from optimal health.

Why Aesthetic Medicine Needs a Holistic Shift

Traditional aesthetics often addresses surface-level concerns. Jerri’s approach aims to explore the underlying factors, such as hormonal imbalances, inflammation, or nutrient deficiencies, before turning to injectables or lasers. Her practice includes cutting-edge therapies such as peptide treatments, nutritional optimization, biohacking protocols, and medical-grade skincare, all informed by current medical research.

“Aging is inevitable, but how we look and feel as we age is influenced by many factors,” she says. “When we address health first, we may see results that last longer than surface treatments alone.”

Jerri is also a passionate educator and mentor, committed to shaping the next generation of aesthetic professionals. Through immersive training at her clinic, she provides aspiring nurses and estheticians with hands-on experience in a real clinical environment, teaching them not only techniques but also ethics, safety, and the science behind every procedure.

Join the Beauty Outlaw Movement

Jerri is the host of The Beauty Outlaw Podcast, where she brings transparency to the aesthetics industry by debunking myths, highlighting innovative treatments, and advocating for higher standards in beauty and wellness. She’s also launching online courses that educate patients, starting with a free course on metabolism and GLP-1s called Longevity 101.

What sets Jerri apart is not just her clinical skill, but her ability to connect. Patients and students alike feel seen, heard, and empowered in her presence. She leads with purpose, passion, and integrity—values that have become the foundation of The Beauty Outlaw brand.

With plans to expand her facility into a full-scale longevity and training center featuring functional medicine, hyperbaric therapy, and advanced provider education, Jerri’s work is just getting started.
