In less than a year, Hussain has contributed to scaling CCCE’s annual revenue from $5 million to $12 million through a combination of strategic partnerships, operational restructuring, and a deep understanding of human connection. His approach reflects a strong blend of global perspective and local impact, qualities that position him as a rising figure among Los Angeles’s business leaders.
A Cross-Continental Path Toward Leadership
Born and raised in Kuwait, Hussain grew up surrounded by a mosaic of cultures that helped shape his early curiosity about people and behavior. His academic journey began in Toronto, where he studied neuroscience, a field that furthered his understanding of how individuals think, decide, and connect. That intellectual foundation later evolved at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business, where he earned his Master’s in Global Business.

When he entered the Los Angeles construction market with no local network, Hussain’s multilingual fluency in English, Arabic, Farsi, French, and Spanish has proven to be a valuable advantage. He used language to build trust, bridge divides, and accelerate collaboration on job sites where communication often plays a key role in project success.
Transforming a Traditional Industry From the Inside Out
At CCCE Inc., Hussain has been instrumental in repositioning the company for sustainable growth. His leadership has expanded the firm’s client portfolio, strengthened subcontractor relationships, and helped improve delivery timelines across major projects for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD).
Under his strategic direction, CCCE has also begun exploring vertical integration opportunities, developing plans to bring more trades in-house and expand into real estate development. Outside his responsibilities at CCCE, Hussain devotes part of his time to Syntrologie, a separate early-stage AI project he contributes to independently. As one of the founding members, he helps shape the platform’s go-to-market direction and the way it interprets user behavior through data. Syntrologie’s aim is to build digital interfaces that adapt in real time, giving companies a more personalized way to guide users through their online experience.
“For me, Syntrologie is a creative outlet,” Hussain explains. “It’s about understanding people at scale and building technology that adapts to their needs, not the other way around.”
