Lisa Begley’s barre3 Classes Help People Live Healthier Lives

Finding your perfect fitness routine to stay healthy and strong can be a challenge for a lot of people. What works for some may not necessarily work for everyone, and most of the time, it is a matter of finding the most suitable fitness program that blends with peoples’ lifestyles and goals. Fitness studio owner Lisa Begley believes in the value of being able to provide a conducive and comfortable space for a full-body workout. She also believes in the power of barre3 to help her members achieve their fitness goals by combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness, creating a balanced body that is empowered from within.

As a multi-faceted individual who has a wide professional experience with various industries, Lisa understands how stressful many organizations can be. It is important to stress the value of creating a balanced lifestyle. To put it simply, people need to take control and pursue their own fitness goals. And because Lisa knows it is hard to follow through with the routine, she decided to open her own Barre3 White Oak Studio and be instrumental in inspiring relevant change among her members. Her studio is one among 170 others that are promoting the benefits of the program to fitness enthusiasts in the country. Thanks to Sadie and Chris Lincoln, co-owners and CEO of the brand, more and more people are discovering an effective way to stay fit.

Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. By teaching mindfulness, the signature class helps people achieve a healthy mind, elevated strength, and a stronger immune system. The program can help people significantly improve their overall well-being and performance at work.

“We boost self-compassion, and we’re redefining what success in fitness looks like. It’s not about the before and after picture. We meet everyone where they’re at in that moment. Supporting every individual with our signature class to help get you through life’s challenges. Barre3 gives you a place to take time for yourself, so you can make time for others,” Lisa shared.

The Barre3 White Oak Studio is open to anyone of all ages, perfect for those seeking ways to learn to be more mindful of themselves. “You don’t find what we offer at your typical gym or even your standard yoga studio. These are both beautiful options for anyone’s fitness journey. We highly encourage you to find what motivates and moves you,” she added.

After experiencing barre3 for herself, Lisa was motivated to bring the barre3 class to her community as she felt a need to be part of something she could truly believe in and support wholeheartedly while encouraging and supporting others. She believes that by opening her studio, she has fulfilled a chapter in her life focused on helping other individuals at the same time.

The Barre3 White Oak Studio is an inclusive workout space where anyone can be comfortable and confident without fearing they will be judged. Presently, barre3 has more than 175 accredited studios across America, Canada, and the Philippines and is continuously expanding.
