With 11 employees on board, Joshua realized that Brown Design and Construction had grown beyond its initial reliance on temporary or external labor, marking a major step toward sustainability and long-term success. This transition underscored not only the growth of his company but also its newfound stability, as having a core team allowed Joshua to deliver consistent quality and handle larger, more complex projects. By investing in his people, he created a solid foundation for his business, enabling continued growth and the ability to manage the demands of running two successful ventures.
