So I thought I would start taking care of that part for many other businesses, seeing as I have learned so much over the years on recruitment.” As a result, Hire VA Now receives thousands of freelancer applicants each week to join the marketplace, which they proceed to interview and vet based on their skill, attitude, communication and work ethic.
Daniel Kivo brings over a decade of experience in human resources, talent management, and recruiting to the mix. He started working in the United States Army as a human resource professional. Daniel also has a Masters of Science in Human Resources from Claremont Graduate University. In 2016, he began working at Link Consulting as the head of recruitment. There Daniel spent time developing his interviewing, sourcing, referencing, and offering negotiation skills. At that juncture, he also started learning how to create systems around screening, data analysis, and interview tactics.
In 2017, Daniel Kivo moved to Ace Parking, where he also headed up strategic recruitment and interviewed hundreds of applicants a week and coursing them through a systematic recruitment funnel. To date, Daniel still works at Ace Parking while running Hire VA Now. Thus, he gets the best of two worlds and merges them into one integrated expertise that helps many organizations and individuals benefit significantly from hiring proper and intelligent VAs.
