Before owning and running successful business ventures, the outstanding entrepreneur was a military man. But aside from serving his country, the exceptional individual was also keen on finding a long-term and steady source of passive income.

During his time in the Air Force, he realized that there is excellent earning potential in real estate. He saw his friends and colleagues getting stationed on different bases renting out their properties for a significant profit. In addition, these homes rarely had any vacancies. 

Since then, Reco Jefferson was intent on building his very own real estate empire. But at the same time, getting into the industry can be very expensive and costly. So in order to achieve his goal, he started a dropshipping business.

Even though the aspiring entrepreneur did not have any business background or degree and had to compete with experienced marketers, he was able to scale his company. Now, his Amazon and Facebook Marketplace automation business has grown into a seven-figure venture. 

Using the residual income he earned from his company, Reco Jefferson has steadily acquired several rental properties. Within a span of two months, he has purchased ten single-family homes, and he is eyeing to add twenty more by the end of next year.

Alongside keeping up with the fierce competition and thriving, what makes the successful businessman stand out is his incredible values and work ethic. His most significant advocacy is to provide his clients with the best experience and create a lasting, meaningful connection with them. He has used this philosophy in his lucrative dropshipping automation business, and he plans on employing the same in his real estate venture.  

He went on to say, “Most people that buy rentals are essentially slum lords. They don’t handle repairs in a timely manner or upgrade things. So for each property that I buy, we renovate and make new ones. We want tenants to actually feel like they have a home instead of just someplace they happen to rent.”

When asked about what motivated him to start a brand, he clarified that he did not plan on building a brand, especially for personal gains. Instead, he wanted to empower others and show them that there is more than one way of making money. 

His passion is to motivate and educate people on how to turn their dreams into reality. Taking inspiration from his firsthand experience with becoming a successful business owner, he hopes to help people achieve the same level of success as him.

In the future, Reco Jefferson sees himself expanding his business empire and growing his brand.
