She says, “During my journey, I realized that it was never about weight loss. In addition, I sell a supplement that works to address inflammation, gut health, hormone imbalances, autoimmune conditions and more.”

Gone are the days when we willingly give away ‘all of ourselves.’ Instead, we should aim to give the ‘best of ourselves.’ And that only comes when we learn to make ourselves a priority.”
