The EmpowerHer Event originated from the Life Balance course, which Arus (Arusiak) Amarian founded on February 22, 2022. Motivated by her personal experiences and the sincere requests of her students, Arus created this course to help women around the globe find harmony between their work and personal lives. The initiative aimed to empower women to follow their passions and lead fulfilling lives without the constant stress of unmet expectations. The significant impact of this course laid the groundwork for EWE, tackling real challenges like managing multiple roles, overcoming self-doubt, and breaking down barriers to achieving their dreams.
