Nations would aspire to resolve disputes peacefully, harmful products and services would be phased out, eventually encouraging all human activities towards a harmonious coexistence with nature.

Imagining such a world might seem like a utopian concept, yet, consider this. Scientists have reached a consensus that Earth is in the beginning of its sixth great extinction event, teetering on the edge of a total biospheric collapse. Thus, fostering Ahimsa in our daily lives and broader society is no longer limited to fantasy hypothesis. It is a pressing necessity if we wish to deviate from the trajectory that humanity currently follows.

Our existing societal mechanisms and methods that conventionally steer humanity have blinded us to the perceived value of principles such as Ahimsa. Yet, it is precisely these spiritual principles that may save humanity from its potentially irreversible path towards extinction. Embracing the intelligent constructs of life itself, maintained and nurtured within ancient wisdom traditions, might provide the ideal solution that we desperately require.
