Accomplished Entrepreneur Skylar Domine Shares His Insights On  Startups, Operational Structure, and Business Marketing

The path to jump-starting a business is loaded with challenges and difficulties, and it is definitely not an effortless route to take. It requires a certain degree of readiness, both for failure and success. Thankfully, Military veteran and thriving entrepreneur Skylar Domine has a sound grasp of these realities as someone who dived into building his own start-up after completing his service.

“First, make sure you’re truly passionate about it. Doing it just for the money isn’t going to bring enough fuel for the fire,” says the versatile veteran, Skylar Domine. “Once that’s decided, create a game plan and never take no for an answer. Where there’s a will, there is always a way. Lastly, don’t recreate the wheel. Play your strong cards and utilize all of your resources.”

When Skylar first started, practical entrepreneurial lessons and resources were not yet as widely available online as it is today. But this did not stop him from achieving his goals and has instead motivated him to discover what he needed to know all on his own.

Skylar Domine admits that everything about starting an enterprise has its own set of difficulties. No matter how long an entrepreneur has been running his business, there will always be a chance of meeting a curveball.

“Mindset is everything with literally anything in life,” he pointed out. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, it was natural for Skylar to also have the entrepreneurial spirit running through his veins. He has ventured through various fields and is an expert in start-ups, operational structure, and business marketing. He is currently invested in the tech industry, specifically in solar power, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), e-commerce, and cryptocurrency.

On top of being an entrepreneur, he has also competed in bodybuilding after completing his tour in the Marines, setting a high record in powerlifting. Additionally, he established an apparel company, built a personal training business, developed his own gym, and published a book on personal training. The versatile veteran is also preparing to launch an NFT project for the organization VETPAW to raise awareness and raise funds for its programs.

What truly fueled Skylar’s passion for pursuing entrepreneurial success was to be able to help others in the process. “Success does include being ‘financially stable’ because, without it, you’re unable to provide security, health, and freedom of time for you and your loved ones. Which leads to the other piece of achieving success – being able to pay it forward and help others,” he shared.

Interestingly, Skylar has a very straightforward view about financial freedom, saying, “It is being able to have one’s parents retire and spend as much time as they want with them doing the things they love the most.”

Skylar expressed his desire to give his time and resources to worthy causes that make a significant difference in people’s lives and in communities. Additionally, he believes that one of the blessings of enjoying financial freedom is being able to live in an estate with all the amenities that make life comfortable.
