As the youngest delegate among the competitors from 61 countries, Gianino excelled in three categories – Vocals, Instrument, and Modeling. He reached the Semi Finals in all three categories and emerged as a Grand Finalist in Modeling.

His outstanding achievements in WCOPA 2022 include a Gold Medal as a Finalist, three Silver Medals as Semi Finalists in Instrumental, Vocal, and Modeling, and an impressive eight Overall Division Champion titles, covering categories like Formal Modeling, Casual Modeling, and Vocal genres such as Pop, Jazz, Gospel, and Broadway.

Further, he received 12 Category Medals, including Gold in Vocal Gospel, Vocal Broadway, Vocal Open, Vocal Pop, Vocal Jazz, and Silver in Vocal World, Instrumental Open, Instrumental SA Open, and Modeling in Casual, Photo, and Formal categories.
