Experiencing different cultures, languages, and industries every day often gives rise to unique digital ideas. Aubrey Yung is one such example. Based in Tallinn, Estonia, she has built a career that bridges technical SEO and emerging XR technology while living as a digital nomad.

Originally from Hong Kong, Aubrey moved to Estonia in 2016 to study for a master’s degree. That decision changed everything for her, including the direction of her career. She entered the SEO field and launched Cantonese-, Mandarin-, and English-language blogs aimed at Chinese-speaking audiences. Her work focuses on multilingual content, international search behavior, and the importance of localization.

Today, she works as an independent SEO Manager and Schema Markup Consultant through Alythia. She is also a Google Search Central Gold Product Expert. Alongside her SEO work, she co-founded NT Studio, an Estonia-based company exploring Extended Reality (XR), Augmented Reality (AR), and spatial computing. Together, the two pathways explore how people discover, consume, and interact with digital information.

Connecting Search Intelligence with Immersive Technology

Living in Tallinn gives Aubrey access to a well-developed digital ecosystem, and her work reflects that environment. She focuses on helping organizations solve technical SEO challenges while preparing websites for changes in search engines and AI-powered discovery.

Her SEO services include SEO strategy and consulting, technical SEO audits, schema markup implementation, international SEO, content strategy, SERP analysis and competitor research, and more.

These services help search engines understand websites more accurately. Structured data, clean HTML, international site architecture, and entity optimization all play an important role in improving search visibility.

Aubrey’s recent research shows how quickly SEO is changing. Her published articles examine Microsoft’s AI citation tracking, Topic Insights, HTML optimization, RDFa implementation, and methods for measuring AI visibility through Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. She does not treat AI as a separate channel. Instead, she studies how traditional search signals and AI-generated answers increasingly work together.

Her published case studies describe her work across several industries. One SaaS project centered on rebuilding the technical foundation and content structure of a young company’s site. A healthcare localization project adapted content for the Hong Kong market and broadened the range of service terms the site could compete for. In FinTech, she reworked material that already existed on the site rather than publishing new pages, an approach that suits companies with large content archives and limited publishing capacity.

Outside traditional SEO, Aubrey helps lead NT Studio. The company brings together developers, researchers, designers, artists, and marketers located across several countries, with many based in Estonia. Its work focuses on XR, AR, and spatial computing, and its goal is to “bring people together.”

NT Studio does not view technology as a replacement for human interaction. It emphasizes that technology supports meaningful connections between digital and physical experiences.

Connection Between SEO and XR

SEO and XR are two disciplines that ask similar questions: How do people discover information? How should digital environments be organized? How can technology make information easier to understand? Aubrey approaches these questions from both perspectives.

Her background also enriches her perspective. She studied Sociology and Comparative Literature at the University of Hong Kong before moving into technical marketing. That combination also explains why her work often considers both human behavior and technical implementation.

Working across languages, cultures, and industries has made international SEO a significant part of her expertise. Companies expanding into multiple markets face challenges that go beyond translation. Search intent, cultural expectations, technical architecture, and localized content all influence visibility.

Looking Ahead to Digital Experiences Across Search and XR

AI systems are becoming more involved in content discovery, changing search systems. At the same time, XR technologies are creating new ways for people to interact with digital environments. Aubrey Yung’s work combines these.

Her ongoing research into AI visibility, entity SEO, structured data, and technical optimization suggests that future digital strategies will depend as much on clear information architecture as on keyword rankings. Her work with NT Studio points to another future in which immersive technology changes how people experience digital content beyond traditional screens. Her focus is on helping people find information more effectively while exploring new ways technology can connect people across physical and digital spaces.

Life spent in Hong Kong and Tallinn has given Aubrey experience across various markets, languages, and technological communities, and that perspective continues to influence all sides of her work.
