Former Fortune 500 executive and Ascentim® founder Lisa L. Baker introduces Beyond Success™ (Reclaim Yourself. Redefine Success. Rise to Your Greatness.), a transformational group coaching experience now open for applications.

For most of their careers, successful leaders are taught to keep moving forward. Meet the expectations, deliver the results, earn the promotion, take on more. But according to leadership coach Lisa L. Baker, there’s a question many leaders never stop long enough to ask along the way. Is this what I truly want?

That question sits at the center of Baker’s newly launched program, Beyond Success™, a 12-week transformational coaching experience now open for applications at the Beyond Success program site. Designed for senior leaders, the program is built to help participants move beyond external expectations and consider what success looks like on their own terms.

“‘Should’ is always someone else’s agenda for your life,” Baker said. “Leaders often build very successful careers only to find themselves dissatisfied because they never stopped to ask what they truly wanted.”

When Achievement Is No Longer the Answer

Over more than two decades in leadership roles at organizations including Citigroup, Microsoft, and Synchrony, Baker saw the same pattern play out again and again. Highly skilled leaders met expectations and achieved ambitious goals, yet struggled to recognize when they were living by expectations they never consciously chose.

Today, through her firm Ascentim®, Baker works with leaders and organizations to transform how leaders think, connect, lead, and act. Beyond Success™ takes that work a step further, focusing on leaders who are already successful and asking a different question. Not how do I achieve more, but what do I truly want now?

Reclaim Yourself. Redefine Success. Rise to Your Greatness.

That phrase is more than a tagline. It’s the three-part framework at the heart of the Beyond Success™ program.

Reclaim Yourself. Participants examine the “shoulds” and expectations that shaped who they believed they were supposed to be, and reconnect with who they actually are beyond them.

Redefine Success. They challenge old assumptions about what success is supposed to look like and begin defining it on their own terms.

Rise to Your Greatness. They identify what Baker calls their Area of Greatness, the place where strengths, passions, and purpose align, and explore what it means to lead and live more fully from it.

For Baker, the goal isn’t another level of achievement. It’s helping leaders use what they’ve already built as a foundation for greater significance and sustainable impact.

A Small, Intentional Cohort

Beyond Success™ is a 12-week virtual experience limited to 12 participants. Over the course of the program, leaders examine the patterns and expectations that have shaped their choices, work toward greater clarity about what they want, identify their Area of Greatness, and develop a plan for putting those insights into action.

The small size is intentional. Baker designed the cohort to give accomplished leaders room to move beyond surface-level conversations about performance and engage with questions they may not have had space to explore elsewhere.

Applications Now Open

Applications for the upcoming Beyond Success™ cohort are open now. Leaders interested in learning more or applying can visit LeadBoldlyWithLisa.com to explore the program.
